When I shake my arm, this part of my tricep is wobbly. How can I get rid of it?!

Question: Any suggestions? Any would be great. Thanks in advance.

That is the part of your body that says goodbye at the same time you do.

You can sit on a chair, sustain the weight of your body with your hands, fingers facing forward. Then, with your legs extended and your butt on the air, bend your elbows in 90 degrees. Don't cheat, u can't sustain your body weight with your legs, just your arms. And up to the initial position. Usually u have to do 2 or 3 sets of 12 reps, depends on your strength.

If u have weighs (3-5 pounds), u can extend your arm up, near your ear (u can help yourself to maintain your arm there with your other arm), and bend your elbow in 90 degree angle. The only thing u can move is your elbow, slow and controlled movements. Too bad I can't show it in a video, hope this helped.

Wait, you're shaking something, and wondering why its wobbly? If you want it to stop wobbling, stop shaking it!

Strength training. all sorts of things can be done with a barbell or dumbbells. Overhead extensions, close grip bench press, skull crushers. Dips are really good too.
