Suggested workout to tone up?!
Question: I've been on the South Beach diet for two weeks and its great! Ive already dropped quite a bit.. but I can't help notice the sagging skin all over my arms and thighs. I haven't done any exercise (even cardio) throughout this diet but I want to start some regime now..
How do I get rid of it?

you need to work out. 1 hour cardio 6 days a week and 30 mins or weights 2-3 times a week.
if you dont have time to workout do what i do. take the stairs, walk with light weights.
seventeen magazine gives great workouts for arms, legs, abs, and butt. i suggest looking at those they really work.
