You kind of stated 2 different problems here. First you said you feel tired after exercising, then later you say you feel tired in the morning.

If you feel lousy after exercising, you're probably overdoing it. It's your body's way of saying "slow it down".

Feeling tired in the morning might have to do with overtraining as well. Your body is trying to recover from the workout by can't. You should also check how much sleep you're getting. Make sure you're getting at least 7-8 hours, sometimes more if you need it.

I'm not sure how your working program is set up, but the most likely cause it what I already mentioned. You can try having a cup of coffee 30 minutes before your workout. That will give you more energy during your workout at least.

There's also a small chance something is wrong w/ your bloodflow. I know a 39 year old lady who complained of being tired after working out and found out 1 of her arteries was 95% blocked. Don't get nervous when reading this, but it MIGHT be a possibility. It wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.

Maybe you are exercising too much and you don't eat enough. You have to eat more proteins and to have a little rest. Also you
have to drink enough water.

If you are exercsing before you go to bed, your blood is still pumping and you are not sleeping well, that could be your problem. Exercising in the morning or even at lunch will help you get thru the day and will help you sleep as well.

There could be a number of reasons, most commonly:

Overtraining
Lack of rest & Recuperation
Diet, lack of carbs, proteins, vitamins etc
Dehydration, not getting enough water, or overdoing the coffee.
Stresses in your daily life.

It's hard to say without getting more details from you, but if your eating enough and drinking enough, maybe your simply pushing too hard.

You have to stay hydrated! Drink Plenty of water before, during and after.

When you're not properly hydrated, you'll feel sluggish.

You may also want to have your blood sugar checked!
