How to lose my "winter" weight?!

Question: I was about 20 pounds lighter before this past winter. I could fit in my size 9 jeans and my medium tops.
I noticed that over the winter I gained some weight. My jeans still fit, but my "Love-handles" hang over the tops, my shirts barely fit over my breasts, and my jeans are tight on my thighs.
My family teases me about getting Winter weight and says I should start walking more.
My boyfriend loves the way I look and says Im nuts for wanting to lose the weight.
Yesterday I was talking to some girls at school and said I want my breasts to be smaller, and they said Im lucky to have my nice full Cs.
Im not overly big, I only weight 168.
I would like to get some ideas on how i can lose inches, Im not too worried about the number of my weight.
I wold really like to know how to lose my "love-handles", my tummy pouch, and the wiggles of my inner thigh.
I dont have much time to work out, so I need something that is quick and that I can do at home. It has to be cheap! and Easy!
THANKS!

work out at least 3 times a week . you should have been working out in winter too, so this problem wouldn't occur . make sure when you do crunches, do side crunches too, because you need to work out the sides of your stomach too . don't over eat, but eat lots of fruits (it's mostly water) & vegetables . don't drink too much soda, don't eat/drink anything with too much sugars or sodium .

you should join a gym or rec center that offers things that build stomach muscle . in excercise lingo, it's called "CORE" . you could look in to HOT YOGA, too . it sheds a lot of unwanted areas .

until then, wear blouses that flow at the bottom, that aren't tight around your love handles . or, sweatshirts . just don't HIDE YOURSELF in your sweatshirt . tell your family it hurts when they tease you, & appreciate your boyfriend for loving you unconditionally .

well u can't choose where your weight goes or where u lose it, so all you can do is reduce your caloric intake and increase your activity levels. Try walking 1/2 hour a day.
Also, fix your plate as you normally would for a meal, and then cut out about 1/3 of each portion size or even half if you're feeling adventurous. Generally people don't realize how small a portion size should be. Generally your meat should be about the size of a deck of playing cards, starches should be about 2/3 of a cup and eat as many fruits and veggies as you like.

well really all u can do is just eat less, start walking more, maybe run sometimes, or like do crunches or side tilts to work your sides including your love handles

Everyday or every other day do sit ups. That way you start to gain a little but you look better anyways. It is all === muscle when you start to gain. Also don't eat as much like fatty foods junk food such as starches= macaroni and cheese/ anything with noodles/ butter.... there are much more you need to stay away from. I usually don't advise this kind of thing but check out the website below you lose it in 3 weeks. So I hope you get back to your beautiful form. Good luck!
