Always tired and exhausted? :<?!

Question: I can't remember the last time where I felt fresh and fully energized and I'm always tired and exhausted. This happens even if I get full hours of sleep.

I eat healthy (no junk food, candy, sugar, etc.) with a lot of fruits and vegtables whenever possible. Exercise a few times a week for an hour or two; you know :< Things that are good for your body? I've been eating healthy and exercising for over an year now.

I'm also not an athlete and probably spend more time with studies than outside under the sun. I'm 16 years old if that little bit of info helps.

Best Answer WILL be rewarded! Thanks!

sounds as if you just need a day here and there where you do nothing but sit around and relax. your body needs to rest, it is telling you something if you are tired most of the time. it is telling you to sit down and rest...hope that helps

Just try some rest. get well balance diet with meat plus iron-rich food.ok? maybe you're anemic. or take some vitamins plus iron supplements.

Females are more prone to low iron, which will make you really tired. Go see your dr and tell them that you are extremely tired all the time. They will probably do a blood test and if you are they will put you on iron supplements. Good luck!

When is the last time you felt happy? If that is also a problem you might be depressed. If you haven't had a check up in the last year I recommend getting one and telling your doctor about these symptoms. It could be nothing but growing stuff or stress, but it could also be a thyroid problem, depression, anemia. Another possibility could be mono.

Something that might sound a little strange but maybe you have an infection that you're not aware of. Do you have any symptoms IE weird odor, urine smells funny, stomach pain?
You might ask your doctor to see if you blood count is normal. If your body is trying to fight infection, you'll feel sluggish and tired.
You could be having a growth spurt, or like Bryan said anemic.
Good Luck!
