Question: im 13 and i weigh 118 pounds.most of my weight problems r in my thighs.how can i lose weight in my thighs??? plz help me

lunges and leg lifts

You can do lunges and squats and leg lifts but this will only TONE your thighs. You cannot force your body to actually lose weight in a particular section.
If you tone them then they will be shapely and you might not view them as a problem area anymore.
