Can I exercise 7 days a week?!

Question: I want to exercise 7 days a week doing aerobic exercise like running or cycling and body weight exercises like pull ups, push ups, crunches, lunges, calf raises etc.

I did consider alternating between aerobic (like running) and body weight exercises every other day but I like to do aerobic exercise (cardio) to get my heart pumping.

Moderation is the key. The cardio won't do you any harm at all if you do it everyday, but the weight training could. Just alternate upper body and lower body weight training every other day. (Upper body one day, lower body the next)

yes
just dont do more than two of the same excericse in any given week

Yes but you need to make sure you are getting your rest then if you want to do it everyday. You need to make sure you are getting 8 to 10 hours of good steady hard sleep everynight.

yes u can

Thats not healthy. At least give yourself one day to rest.

Yes you can as long as you don't over exercise and you stretch before

yes you can workout 7 days a week, but your body really needs its time off to rest and heal the muscles. if you do a 7day workout routine you might want to take an 8th day off, so your workout wont stick to specific days of the week, but if you do 7 days and one day off and then 7 days and then one day off again, and so on and so on you will be fine. the key though is to have that day off otherwise you will overtrain and youll will actaully start to hurt any strenght and conditioning gains.
