Can I get weight loss from this amount of calories?!
Question: Breakfast - 60 calorie yogurt, apple.....Lunch - apple, 60 calorie yogurt, whole wheat half sandwich w/peanut butter, mini carrots.....Dinner - apple, 60 calorie yogurt, 60 calorie pudding, 3 chicken tenderloins w/sauce, apple.....Snacks - 130 calories wheat thins

Okay, coming from someone who was always, always watching what I ate... that won't work - in the long run. You'll lose some weight for maybe a week. Maybe a few lbs. But the thing is you will *slow* your metabolism, which will make you ultimately gain weight EASIER. You will not be getting enough of what your body needs either - that can do some fun stuff to you.
So here's what I think (no booing):
****Drink lots of water, hell with 8 glasses a day, I'm saying drink a LOT of water. Before meals and between as well. Like a full glass before you touch your food, a glass during, and one after. Cold water too. Your body burns calories because it heats the water up first. Plus your carrying extra weight from the water, which burns some calories as well. (Yes the weight goes away as soon as you pee... lol)
**** Stick to a 1,400 or so calorie diet. No sweets, no beer, nothing like that. Just purely what your body needs. Eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner and maybe a snack... This obviously totaling no more than your calorie amount. Doing this will increase metabolism making you lose weight faster.
That sounds a bit short. Make sure you pay attention to getting enough vitamins and protein in your diet too.
No that is sick, you sound anorexic. You need enough calories to get all your vitamins and protein and have the fuel to run your body!
You have to many of the same foods. you will get bored and quit if you don't vary your food
