Does one get fiber from vegetables that are juiced?!

More concentrations of fiber are found in the "meat" of the veg/fruit rather than the plain juices..
I don't think you get enough by it juiced alone.. Eat the veg whole. =D

you get a little bit from the pulp and stuff, but not much. Best to eat the fuite whole.
