I know how you feel. I've always been a "healthy" weight, but i've never felt comfortable with myself. at your height you are 'supposed' to weigh 130, at my height i'm supposed to weigh 125 but I weigh 115 and I am much more comfortable with that. but there is nothing wrong with being at that 'normal' weight, it's different for every one, so you need to find what's right for you :)

you need help! your healthy...

wait the question is how much you wanna lose.. well i wanna be 100 im 110

3-7 pounds over about 2 months. Or try to fit a size 6. My lil sister is super skinny at size 6 and about your height, so I think that would work.

You are perfect, don't worry so much.

...Honestly, that sounds like the absolute perfect weight.
I'm 5'5 and 155lbs (not really that chubby but still the number is just...)
I wouldn't say to lose any weight, but you might be uncomfortable in your body because of habits that you have. Like, not feeding it quite well, or being lazy, biting your nails, not flossing your teeth...little things like that can really get at you. So whatever it is, try to find out what is bothering you and then take baby steps to fix it:) but your weigh sounds perfect!
Best of luck!

Work on becoming comfortable with your body rather than changing it. Your height and weight are well within healthy bounds.

If you're interested in losing weight, do so by putting more exercise into your life. Exercise will burn off a few pounds here and there, but more importantly can help you *feel* good about yourself.
