OKAY, YOU know how when you chew gum its really sweet and big at first and you are swallowing yumminess? And then after awhile it shrinks and gets stale? Well, there you go. You chewed all the sugar and CALORIES out of it. NOT to worry though bro, because if you chew it for a couple of hours, you will burn it off.
It's based on the sugar content and ingredients. Look on the back of your label. I'm sure it'll show sugar, calories, etc., So that flavor that you're chewing is sugar and whatever other sweeteners have been added. That's why gum is only like 2.5 or 5 calories. Good question though.
I like swallowing things.
