How Many times a week should I go to the gym to see major results by mid-summer?!

Check at the gym and you should get a trainer to guide you with a good program. at least three times with a day in between and working on top half then bottom normally works well. Difficult to accurately assess any individual but a personal trainer works well if you can afford it combined with a good diet will work best.
