I want to lose weight quickly.what to do?!


Question: i have put on weight after preganancy,my hands ,legs and face look
thin but only my arms,breasts,thighs,buts and waist looks bulky i was 50 kg before now i am 65.what food should i take to reduce this extra bulk?which special workouts will help me?can i reduce without exercise?i alos want to get rid of extra skin on my stomach.kindly help!!!!

If your looking to lose weight healthy here are steps you can do:

Breakfast: whole grain cereals, toast (whole grain bread), fruit, multivitamins and minerals (great for overall health) and 2 glasses of water.

coffee breaks: fruit, vegetables, protein snacks, herbal tea (great for energy and weightloss) and 1 glass of water. (if your a coffee drinker cut down to 2 a day).

Lunch: soup is always good nutrition, sandwich made with whole grain bread stacked high with greens and your choice of lean meat. Grilled cheese is good too. Don't forget fruit. 2 glasses of water. Multivitamins and minerals.

i think u need to do some dieting here! Dn't eat too much oily food and you need to exercise a bit!

my opinion is there are three ways of lose weight quickly
1. do hard exercise(quick)
2. daily go for sex.(very quickly)
3. do yoga at morning.(very quick)

it is true not joke,take any of the three ,i am giving you 100% guarenty.

try this method,
BUT are you still breast feeding your baby??

if not then you can try this-
have only & only soup all types of vegetables,
anything you like.
but only soup Lunch dinner even when ever
you hungry just have soup.

eat only nutritious food. getup early, go for a walk everyday.
increase u r distance of walk everyday.

It will help u to lose some unnecessary weight.

My opinion is to lose your weight quickly :-
1. Do exercise (Like, Walking ma minimum of 2 to 3 KM a day mainly in the morning time. Before that take some water.)

3. Do not sleep after taking your afternoon Lunch.
