How often can fried foods be eaten while maintaining a healthy diet?!


Question: I really love buffalo wings, and I typically eat them once, occasionally twice a week, and I usually have another fried meal during the week as well. Is this unhealthy? Should I cut down on my fried foods?

Honestly it all depends on how active you are. Do you work out and burn those calories off or do you slouch on the sofa all day.

Mind you, even if you are keeping the weight off you are probably raising your risk of heart disease eating those types of foods.

i eat fast food seriously like everynight. not even kidding. and its all fried chicken and french fries. =]

Why do you fry buffalo wings? Buy them frozen and plain then marinate them in buffalo sauce to thaw then bake them in the oven. There is no need to fry any food. Bake and Grill.
