Splenda...?!
Question: so im trying to cut down on diet pop then eventually stop drinking it, my husband bought me this fruit water that is sweetened with splenda, is this sweetner in diet pop also or is it totally different?

it is different , Splenda is good because it is 0 calories in it. in fact 7 up just came up with sodathat is made by spleand which contains 0 cal. bad surge you don't need so you husband did a good job.
It depends on the soda. Usually it will have "Sweetened with Splenda" printed on the can if it does.
splenda is in a lot of things, but the label should tell you if it has splenda in it or not. splenda is most like sugar than the rest <sugar twin,etc> cause its made from sugar. it not the splenda you should be afraid of, its the caffene and carmel, in sodas, especially colas.
