change around your exercise routine, for example if you go to the gym 3 days a week and walk for 30 minutes, go to teh gym 4 or 5 days a week and try to walk 60 minutes or jog a mile or more. depends on what kind of shape your in but your body builds a tolerance to your exercise routine so its good to change it up once in a while to help your body see results.
