Exercise! Running is probably the best thing you can do. Make sure you eat healthy too. I like to do crunches every night! Just do 50-100 crunches throughout the day, every day. Jogging and working up a sweat is a great way to acheive your goal though.

Sorry, it's impossible, you cannot spot reduce fat.

Not that I've ever heard of, but general exercise and eating right would do the trick. To kill any myth you might be thinking, working your abdominals is a very bad way to try and lose belly fat. Also, there absolutely no way to lose weight fast and keep it off. That's a myth started by people who try to trick overweight people into buying things that don't work.
Put in the hard work and you will get your well deserved results.
