A good, fast, way to lose belly and thigh fat?!

Question: Alright so, I'm 16 and i weigh 164.4 pounds. I'm about 6 foot tall.

Lately I have been eating nothing but Eggs, Toast, Salad, Burger patties (no bun) and steak with Veggie and Fruit.

I don't eat Fast Food And I only drink Diet Tea and Water.

For a work out I do about 100 to 200 crunches a day and I use this Tony Little Gazelle that I heard helps. But I still have the belly and thigh fat.

Any suggestions that can help?

keep working out... i would suggest doing more exercise. i recommend running. playing a sport you enjoy that involves running and/or jumping is a great way to perform exercise and enjoy yourself simultaneously. running is helping me loose my belly as i play basketball almost everyday when its nice out.

eggs can make you fat you know? lose too much of it.
i am 12 and i do 300 crunches a day. so that is not enough.
try swimming!!!!!! it really gets u in shape.
try this for the thighs
lay down on your side. straight. then lift one leg up to a 45 degree angle. do 15 to 20 slow reps. switch sides. repeat 2 times.

try combining weight and cardio training.

If you can only do it at home, try lunges and squats. Keep up with the stomach crunches also.

Go for a walk 4 times a week for 45mins. When you get fitter try running intervals.

I would also suggest taking Hydoxycut hardcore tablets. They a fat burner tablet that gives you heaps of energy to do more exercise.

Take 1-2 tablets 25mins before exercising and you will be surprised at how much more energy you have. Plus they help burn fat.

You need to do some aerobic exercise--not only is it good for your cardiovascular health (and with eggs and red meat, you should be watching out for that), but it burns way more calories than crunches. Try 20-30 minutes on a treadmill, bike, or elliptical machine, 3-4 times a week. DON'T take diet pills--many of them have nasty side effects, and even the ones that don't are not meant to be sold to people under 18.

(also, if you're a girl? you need more calcium in your diet. milk and cheese are your friends. calcium is soooo important in the teens because it builds bones, which is more important for women because we're at higher risk for osteoperosis)

Run or Walk Very Briskly at least three times a week for 45 minutes to an hour.
Drink Protein Shakes...only if you're working out.
Wrap your belly in thighs in saran wrap during your workouts.....it really works.
Eat egg whites and add more veggies to your diet.
Shredded wheat cereal is a good snack.
Get some of those mixes to add to your water like south beach diet or special K for the extra protein.
Eat Oatmeal.
Drink Green Tea
Chicken breast and Turkey are also good protein source.
Eat whatever you want once a week to shock your metabolism.
It takes time....Be Patient.

lose the eggs, burgers and steak.

first its disgusting

second, thats the reason you are asking this question

Be patient. For starters your weight is fine for your height so you are not really overweight, which is good. Vary your workout. If you have been doing this workout for a while, it will stop being as effective. Either up your number of reps or try new crunches. The best ab workout in my opinion is the bicycle (http://www.criticalbench.com/exercises/b... You may also want to try to help out your metabolism. Drinking lots of green tea (or get green tea extract), eating spicy foods, and lifting weights are all proven to do this.

Besides that keep working at it and do not get disappointed.
