Is doing this 5 times a week enough?!

10 minutes straight different ab exercises from a video
then 100 bicyle crunches
leg kicks for butt 50 each leg
20 lunges
20 squats

yes thats good anymore than that and your over working try like anything with weights everyother day and anything with cardio the days u dont do weights but do take a break so ur muscles can relax and build

do it every other day so that your mucles could recuperate

this is great but try sprinting while running

i never take a days rest so my muscles are always ready to be trained make sure on work out days that you drink 1 gallon of water so you don't get muscle cramps

do some push ups if you have an unbalance of muscle you physical balance will be way thrown off
