Well you have to at least reduce your calories by 1000 per day to lose 2 pounds per week. If you add some cardio on top of this then you will burn more and lose more. It is not healthy to lose much more than 2 lbs a week but if you consistently exercise 30 minutes or more at least 4 x week (b/c of the amount of weight you are trying to lose) then you should lose a considerable amount.
If you don't do it properly it will all yo yo back anyway. Just try to pick healthier choices also. VEGETABLES (the greener the better), FRUITS, WATER WATER WATER...Oh and just try not to eat anything fried.

-eat well...by that i mean lesser calories, healthy food...cut down the sugar.
-drink lots of water
EXERCISE. join a sport or sumthing atleast an hour a day.
burn calories by just moving around...do crunches or push ups when watching tv..

I would suggest not attempting to lose that much weight that quickly. It can cause serious health problems, and you're very likely to gain it all back plus more if you lose weight that quickly. Good luck.
