It seems how little I eat I gain weight HELPP I wanna lose at least 20 to 25 pou!

Don't concentrate on diet alone, you'll lose more weight from excercise than anything else. Pickup some workouts, cardio work or a sport. The more you can safely do the more results you should see.

Be sure you are eating a healthy breakfast since that sets up your metabolism for the day. It will also help prevent cravings for high calorie or sugary foods later in the day.

EXERCISE! Doesn't have to be fancy. Throw on some shoes and walk. Aim for about 1 hr. a day and try to get about 3-3.5 miles in that hour AT LEAST.

first of all, eat breakfast. not eating breakfast doesn't actually make you lose weight. Eating breakfast kickstarts your motabolism during the day. if you don't then your body says," hey i don't know when the next time i'll get food so i will just feed on this fat." then you just become hungry, and don't loose any weight.

well i lose 50 pounds in 2 months..
i ate this meal replacement shake that i drank in the morning and it was like pudding..
then i yous ate good food like salad and all that stuffed..

I heard south beach is great! To jumpstart your weight loss do the cabbage diet. Its very strict but its only for a week. www.cabbage-soup-diet.com/ after that be very careful about what you eat. Two awesome workout videos are Billy Blanks favorite moves and Slim in 6 is killer if you follow that your going to be bangin by prom!

first, ask your self if you really need to loose wieght. second, if you do, do not starve yourself because when you finally do eat there is a chance you will over eat. third, drink water when you "think" you are hungry. it will probably make you feel less hungry, and clear up any acne for prom, too.

-have some fruits and veggies for breakfast
-drink water it helps you lose some wait and its good for you
