Grilled chicken salad with Italian dressing. It's good, and its basically all vegetables. If you have a Chick Fil A near you, go to it. It has one of the highest health ratings in a fast food restaurant because it cooks the food in peanut oil and is all chicken. And it tastes really good. You can have ranch every once in a while, but Italian is best.
And celery is really low in calories. I think it's negative calories because you burn more when you're chewing it or something.
