Correct way of a situp?!
Question: Basically, when I do a sit up to keep in football shape,and I get tired and my legs tend to want to float in the air. To solve this problem, I stick my feet under a recliner, and doing my 80-100 reps a day. But, I do not feel anything in my stomach after a week. I know when I do an exercise right and you can feel it in your abs when you get off the ground, but i doesn't happen to me. Any advise for me, or a better way?

you have reached a plateau so the only way to increase size/strength further would be to change your exercises/add resistance. the bicycle is one of the best ab workouts using no weights
u probably dont have much to lose.. i for example, just gave birth two months ago and i have severe aches in my abdomen after doing situps..so keep at them and ull see results.
