How can i loose weight for a vacation in 3 weeks..thats condusive with my busy s!


Question: I usually work from 2 or 4 to 1030 and im always walking usually a fast walk (i work in retail). My Fiance works 11 to 7 am.. so i usually dont go to sleep until he gets home.. so my majority of my awake time is from 2 or 4pm to 8am..and with my busy schedule i dont always eat the best.whats a way to eat the best while it being cheap, fast and easily accessible. i need help.. please :-)

Drink only water, eat only 4 or 5 hard boiled eggs every day, do as much exercise as you can, and take some vitamins to protect your health while you are on this diet.

dont just drink water
make sure the water is cold
that will get rid of the water weight u carry
then u can work on the actual fat.

yes, you can lose weight if you cut down your intake and exercise. food is the key though. you can exercise and not lose if you are not eating right and by right i mean healthy food and small portions. you could probably lose up to 8-10 pounds.
