Question: Im not a gym member and i dont have weights, is there excercises i can do at home, not involving either, to help me build up?

Okay yours is an interesting question, it would require some more information. For example how much do you want to build up. If you just want to tone up and harden the body you already have then you can do some resistance training using your body as weight.
But if you want to gain some muscles, more than 5 - 7 pound then you will need a gym or some form of weight.
Gaining muscle is a result of resistance. The resistance causes you muscles to re-organize and increase in size to be able to handle the resistance. The bigger the muscles the more the resistance you need.
Consider this program, you get free report on Jasmin who gained 15 pounds of lean muscle in 12 weeks. It could help you create even a better body than you think. If you take the free report you get a $1.00 trial too. Here is the link..
