What do you eat in a normal day??!
Question: i just wanting to know how tall your are and what you weigh. im 5"3 and weigh 65kgs. i just wanna see what you eat a day and drink and compare it what i eat and drink a day.

I'm 5'2" and wiegh around 47 kgs approx. I am a vegetarian for now
I usually eat around 10 raw almonds in morning with 2 cups of tea (milk and sugar)
Lunch (around 1:30) : Around 3 tablespoons of rice, salads, fruits, 2 breads with some vegetable (sauteed/ grilled/boiled)
Evening : 2 cups Tea with a small bag potato chips or so
Dinner : 2 chapatis (u can compare with brown bread), dal (boiled lentils), half cup of boiled rice, cooked veggies
This wd be average day meal..no i dnt exercise..but im slim :)

breakfast, lunch, dinner
i 6'2 and i weigh in at 240 lbs.
10 am: 8oz milk with 2 scoops protein =40g of protein.
10-12: working out, drink lots of water
12: 8oz milk with 2 scoops protein =40g, plus a fruit
2: steak and brown rice
4: 8oz milk 2 scoops
6: 2 Chicken breast and 3 cucumbers
8: 8oz water and 2 scoops
10: 8oz water and 2 scoops
