first off people - it isn't impossible and it isn't a stupid question. Everyone crash diets before a wedding and five pounds isn't hard.

Here is what I usually do - don't eat carbs all week, eat salads with no cheese, low fat dressings, load up on grilled veggies to keep from being hungry or eat a piece of fruit, no red meat, don't add salt to anything and take a water pill each day - that should do it. Not eating carbs clears out your colon and in turn should flatten up the belly area - even if it is just for a week.


Also - eat every two hours (something little - like a half of piece of grilled chicken) or you will binge when you are truly hungry

eat healthy, and exercise.

this isn't brain surgery.

Dont eat. You can not lose 5lbs in a week without being anorexic...get over it.

Cut off your limbs... weekly. You'll get there. I have faith in you.

work out as hard as you can and only eat fruits and like protien shakes

6 small meals a day, drink lots of water, remember to excersize more calories out than you eat, never take weight loss pills

its not healthy to lose that much weight that fast. about a pound or two a week is what your goal should be. you just have to burn more calories than you consume.

no carbs, eat vegetables, meats, eggs, and a lot of water.

what you have to do is eat half of what you would normally eat like half of a boul of soup or half a piece of sandwitch i lost 7 punds in a week

I do it by simply not eating except a k bar that has 90 calories. You'll definately lose weight

Today I weigh 115 and I've kept the weight off for 1 1/2 years - this works! This is how I did it:
Strength training will tone and firm you while burning stored fat. You can carry 5 lb. dumbells while fast walking.
You need to eat throughout the day to keep your metabolism up, but eat healthy, watch your portions, then wait at least 3 hours before your next meal. You need protein each time you eat or you'll be losing muscle mass. I've done that before on starvation diets (about 800 - 900 calories and it's not good.) Lose the fat and not the muscle or you'll be skinny, but flabby!
Make sure you drink at least 60 ounces of pure water each day to stay hydrated and flush out the stored fat!

very frankly saying its nt gud to strain ur body after a certain limit...u ve ur wedding ahead...if u di dieting that wud affect the glow on ur face...i ll say go 4 walk exercise bt dnt strain urself2much

you can if u stop eating, but once you stop your starvation diet you'll gain all the weight back and more cause your metabolism is extremely slow now cause it was trying to conserve every nutrient possible while you starved yourself. Plus you'll lose muscle not fat...so just eat healthy and exercise..1 pound a week is healthy..
