Question: hey there, so i'm on my diet, and i wa wondering, which one should i have for lunch? A organic green salad with a peice of fruit, or some brown rice with steamed vegetables? i'd either have tea or water with both.

I'd go with the brown rice with steamed veggies. You can also have the fruit with that as well for a healthy dessert.
I think either is fine but you need to add a little protein for energy.

Either way add some protein like edamame (steamed soy beans) or grilled chicken.

youll need: pita bread, turkey, provolone, and bacon.
all you do is make a sandwich with turkey, provolone, and bacon on it. then heat it up in the oven for about five minutes or in the microwave.
trust me, its heaven.
I think the better choice would be to have the salad but have some protein with it in the form of meat or fish. The protein will stay with you for a long time & give you energy whereas the brown rice will make you hungry after awhile.
