I want to lose 20 - 30 pounds in a month!?!


Question: Ok ive asked weight questions before but the anwsers ive gotten havent worked for me and so this time im asking a different weight ?
So i no it can be unhealthy but i want to lose weight before formal and i want to keep it off, But I WONT take diet pills, or start to have an eatting disorder
Please help me and please only serious answers!

Easy question.
do cardio for 40min a day 5 times a week and if you have access to weights do them for 20 min and if you don't then stick to push up and sit up or crunches for 20 min a day 5 times a week.
you also gotta eat healthy.

eat 6 small meals everyday
if your still hungry then eat veggies or fruits

Do what you've been doing. Something is better than nothing. Live day to day and see what you can do by exercise and diet like everyone does. That is a lot in a short time though, set realistic goals every week.

It can't be done by any safe or rational means. Anything more than 1-1.5 pounds per week - and even that's hard to do - is not only extremely difficult but very unhealthy.

get a saw and cut off one of your legs

You can't lose 20-30 lbs in one month without going to a complete extreme and putting yourself into great danger. The most you're supposed to lose in a week is 2lbs. You see things on TV like Biggest Loser and Celeb Fit Club where they urge people to lose serious weight quickly, but what they don't tell you is the effect that kind of weight loss has on your heart and internal organs.

Everyone says eat healthy and exercise because that's the only way to do things the healthy way. Honey, I'm sure you already look awesome in your dress-- and if anyone tells you otherwise, they aren't worthy of your time.

id say twenty might be doable but thats pushing it on biggest looser they loose 5-8 pounds in a week with strict diet and heavy exercise but i would just do the diet and 3-4 hrs a day cardio and see what happens
