I cant toutch my toes without bending my knees?!


Question: I feel tightness so it hurts to mutch so I cant totch my toes,whats wrong with me? What should I do? thanks

I think your hamstrings (back of your thighs) are tight. Try floor stretches where you extend your legs in front of you, slightly apart, and bend as far as you can toward one foot, hold for 10 seconds (don't bounce!), and come back up. Switch feet and repeat.

If you do this several times a day, your legs should get more limber and you'll be touching your toes in no time.

Nothing's wrong, you're just not that flexible. Try stretching.

your not very flexible, if you just practice and strectch you can get to where u can.....

It could be flexibility, but if you're tall that could also be it. My legs are incredibly long and even at my fittest I couldn't touch my toes. Don't worry about, there are alot more people who can't touch their toes than those who can.

there is nothing wrong...ur just not flexable.
there are also some ppl that aren't flexable
there is nothing to be a shame of...and u don't have to do anything about it.
