Question: ok i eat HEAPSSSSS and far too much junk but if i lose any more weight i'd be considered unhealthily skinny (im 5'6.5 and 117 pounds) but because of my diet i have a bloated stomach

Exercise, you whould start body building mixed with cardiovascular training, lite cykling. This will bearn fat but build musce tissue i.e. you will not loose weigth and your body will be healthier, more fit and you will look (and feel) better.

117 would be okay if you were 3 inches shorter.

Please do Swimming and do exercise daily , and take fruit juice every day.
