How do you get Buff within a month ?!

Don't listen to the first guy. If you were to do that everyday, you'd probably get a hernia. Not good. Try using weights. Start off where your comfortable and increase the weight weekly. Weekly is best and most healthy otherwise youre body will be too shocked by it and may also cause problems such as hernia. If you must then increase them by day, but only by very little as it is very risky. If by day you should limit yourself to 3 workouts a week. A month is kinda short to be getting "buff". You need a longer time frame. Just do your best with what you can and keep at it. Once you get into a routine its much easier to stick with it. Hope I was helpful and good luck!

If you want to bulk up, 50 push-ups will not help man. For getting buff you need to rep about 65% of your max doing 4 sets of 6 reps. If you are limited to push-ups, try doing decline push-ups on stairs or something elevated, they work much better and you will get way better results than you would with regular push-ups. There is one thing that you absolutely need and i GUARANTEE that you will not get buff without it: Weigh Protein. After you work out your body needs protein! Also, if you are able to do 50 push-ups EVERY day, that means that you are not working your body to exhaustion, hence you are wasting your time.

Work hard and push yourself till absolute failure! Make sure you get ATLEAST 8 hours of sleep every night as well

As for getting buff within a month...sorry but that's not possible. For the first 6 weeks of working out, you will not notice a physical difference, but you will be stronger. Give it two solid months of working out to see noticeable differences

You can't get buff in a month. It will take a couple months to see significant results. To bulk up what and how you eat is just as important as your workout. Eat a lot of meat and eggs.

Hey man, im gunna be honest with you. You cant get buff in just one month. its impossible but I feel your pain. Accually it took me about a month and a week or 2 to see GREAT results.
