No time to eat!?!


Question: I don't eat anything all day but then I get home around 3 and pig out on breakfast lunch and dinner, and then I don't eat for the rest of the day. What may be some of the consequences of this eating pattern?

Stomach problems will develop if they haven't already. I know what you mean tho, as I have the same kind of a schedule. Try taking some snacks with you in a bag. Pack up all that you need for the day in some kind of a carry all. Include snacks inside. I do this with, drinks, healthy bars, crackers, fruits, etc. Also, get used to eating breakfast. You'll feel much better if you eat this way, instead of in one big lump. You won't get so hungry either by the time you arrive home.

You will most likely gain weight.

It is very important that you find time to each all 3 essential meals and snacks throughout the day. This will keep you healthy, happy, and will keep your breath smelling fresh. If you pig out, you may gain weight and will feel unhealthy. Eating is very important.

You are most likely going to gain weight. Your body is designed to eat, it needs the food for fuel. Not letting your stomach eat is like not letting your lungs breathe. If you are that busy of a person, plan ahead. Cut up some fruits the night before, grab a can uf unsalted nuts to snack on at work. Or, just take the time to eat, you'll feel better.

you will gain more weight by doing . becuase your hungry that you crave for more..you need to have 3 meals a day 2 snacks morning and afternoon..Its very unhealthy..

Your metabolism will slow down, which will kickstart weight gain. Eat small, healthy meals during the day and this will get it back up again.

besides gainign weight you can become sick. a solution would most likely be get an alarm clock!!that way you can get up earlier and have breakfast.

you should definately eat breakfast! no matter what!
it doesn't matter if your not hungry!
its the most important meal of the day!
and pigging out, can be caused because maybe you are gaining wait
or because you are hungry from not eating in the morning!

its very important to eat healthy!
so start balancing out your meals!
eating less is bad and "pigging out" is worse"
