if u really want to lose weight, u should do wat im doing. i have cut out sugar completely.. no soda, no juice, no candy, no cookies-->i was a cookiemonster...then no potatoes, no carrots, no avocados,..no whole milk, no coffee,no bread, pasta...i have been eating mostly salads with very little dressing,..(my salad consists of shredded lettuce, tomatoes, some lemon juice-freshly squeezed, and dressing...i also add meat and eggs without yolk to alternate taste...its not that bad...n e way, as far as exercise, i am walking about 45min to and hour everyother day with my infant..i carry her via baby bjorn and walk out with her...u can safely lose 2-3 lbs a week on this..or more depending on how much u have to lose..good luck..
oh i forgot to tell u, i gave birth in january...and was 245 lbs when i went into labor...i have lost about 35 lbs since the birth of my daughter...i was cleared to start working out and dieting.i have 80 lbs more to go...and in order to get to my prepregnancy weight of 135 lbs, i need to lose 2 lbs a week til december...
