Hey good to find another teen interested in being in shape :) Well, if you want abs, but dont want to go to the gym, try doing a normal sit up, then a little 2 in crunch, do like 20 sets a day (or every other day) and you'll have sick abs, trust me. Also, dont only focus on your stomach, tone up your arm and legs too with push-ups and squats/lunges.
And to fix the craving for junk food... sorry to say but there is none. Just enjoy it oin moderation. And if you feel the craving to eat and are not really hungry, drink water. Sometimes your body mistakes dehydation for hunger. So keep yourself hydrated.

Join a gym and start writing down everything that you eat for a week, then look to see if you can cut some of the junk out for the next week etc.

honestly, you think theres a quick fix, thats the problem with the youth of today!!

No get up an go........thats it im getting up and going, get a grip boy!

Join a gym/Exercise/Start eating healthier.

Replace the junk with something healthier. A bit of willpower is what you need.

Situps are good exercises for your abs, but I wouldn't suggest anything more intense at your age.
