Did you know diet soda is dangerous for our health?!

Anything artificial products are dangerous. Especially Chemically altered ones like Soda,Pepsi,Mareenda,All types of Cola's. So Avoid all these... for long life without any other problems.

Anything with unreal products are dangerous. Especially chemically altered ones.

yep ha so many people see NO CALORIES or DIET and go crazy with it with out even relay thinking or looking at whats in it.

That's an opinion.
It is said that aspartame contains heavy metals, but so does the water we drink.

It has said though that when you drink diet soda, your body expects calories so therefore you crave food.

yes, i knew that. anything with artificial sweeteners such as aspartame and splenda need to be avoided. they can cause serious health problems.

yep! I sure did know that diet soda's are bad. that it why i drink water, water and more water with lemon juice

Please research such claims before you post them. The propaganda against aspartame has been disproved again and again.

well actually yeah i knew..

nothing is every definitely good for u. everything should be in moderation.

and plus, think about this. everything u eat, when people alter it, it's usually replaced with something else. usually when they try to cut down on sugar, they'll try to replace it with sodium for taste. high sodium is also not good for u.

so next time when u are replacing a burger for say chicken nuggets cuz u think its healthier..think again. those nuggets were preserved with lots and lots of sodium.


just remember, that everything should be in moderation. and check ur labels. if something says its only 140 calories...check to see what the serving size is...1/4 a cup? lol sucks doesn't it?


just be careful with what u eat, and be AWARE of what u eat. eat in moderation! eat in little portions many times rather than big meals little times.. eat slower because ur body dont really feel full til like 20 mins later. and chew longer. =)

yeap. i also heard it may cause cancer. i don't know if it's true. but i stopped drinking soda a year ago. i drink lots of water and juice. i don't see why people need to drink soda. it's so bad for you. drink water or lemonade or something else people!!!

Yea I know!!! Its because of the phenalymine in it! Its sooo bad for your body you may as well just drink regular soda

Aspartame also causes cancer.
And yes I know this.
I never drink soda, I stick to my bottled water, thank you!

As to Lyanthya: I have friends who have actually researched aspartame and found it to be harmful. Some research has shown otherwise, but I think the scale tips more towards it actually being dangerous to your health. Maybe you should research it better.
