Will i be toned before summer?!
Question: I started to go to the gym the starting of January. I go with my mom 3-4 times a week, do yoga on Thursdays(one hour class) and walk 25 minutes up hill, walking home from school Monday- Friday.
At the gym i usually do some light lifting, and 45 minutes running. I drink green tea everyday and water when i work out. I try not to eat anything bad for me (i feel gulity if i eat something over 200 calories, so i don't) i always eat salads with tuna, cottage cheese almost every day, and i love fruits and veggies.
Do you think i will look good in a bikini before summer, let's say July 1st?
OH, i'm 15. 140 pounds. 5'6.
I really want this, do you think i'll looked toned?

very cute.. oh yeah u keep up what u are doing u are going to be seeing some nice results..... just don't deprieve yourself too much from eating.. u need to eat...
u can eat good carbs like oatmeal and brown rice, and eat plenty of protein foods..
it depends how toned u r right now
for example im shorter and weigh less but im mostly muscle now....and it depends wat areas ur working out when u go to the gym
