You could probably lose 8-12 pounds in that time.

Now is the perfect time the start jogging or running for sport and leisure. Start at 20 minutes per day, 5-6 days a week, and move up to 45 minutes.

Also, cut out soda, candy, chips, or anything fried (french fries, chicken nuggets, crispy chicken sandwiches, etc.).

Focus on eating at least the following every day:
6-10 servings of fruits and veggies
3 servings of dairy (1 serving = 1 cup skim or 1% milk, 1 oz ow fat cheese, 6 oz low fat yogurt or 1/2 cup cottage cheese)
2-3 servings of lean protein (3 to 5 oz of grilled chicken or lean beef, fish)
3-6 servings of whole grains (1 slice 100% whole grain or 100% whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup oatmeal or cut oats, 1 1/2 cup cooked 100% whole grain pasta)

the best way u cn reduce is by running cause while running u can wrk kill fat frm most of the part .... try n start gyming so tht afrt burnin fat u cn gt a gud shape tooo... i knw 1 cant cut most of the junk foood but try to consume less ..... drink lime watr ....

find something you like to do. like dancing or running..........
that usually turns out better than a workout b/c you want to do it. find a fruit and vegetable you really like and eat it alot.

Eat healthy meals! You can eat more food and still lose weight. I just ate Turkey Stroganoff, made with no yokes noodles and low fat sour cream. The entire meal had 400 calories in it. If I had eaten a Big Mac, fries, and diet, I would have exceeded my daily calories in one meal! So, if you eat meals cooked at home, not poured out of a box, pulled out of a container, or frozen, you can eat the same amount of food and lose extra fat. I eat 1800 healthy calories a day, I run 6 days a week, or take a kick boxing class, and I weigh 118 lbs. I eat every 3 hrs. Don't deprive yourself, just make better choices, and exercise.

Not eating carbs is a dangerous and stupid practice. It can be very damaging to your body, especially someone your age. If you just manage your food intake and eat healthy foods, exercise 3-5 days per week, and drink plenty of water, you can reasonably expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. That means that by the beginning of June you can easily lose 10-20 pounds in an intelligent and healthy way. There are no shortcuts to long term fat loss. Please don't believe the hype. Some tricks to make it happen a little faster are to cut all sugary foods and soda out of your diet between now and then. Even diet soda makes it harder for your body to burn fat. Also, increase your fiber intake to 25-30 grams per day with fruits, veggies, nuts (if you aren't allergic), beans, and whole grains. That will help you feel full and increase your metabolism a bit.
