You dont need a threadmill to go jog, you need a pair of semi-functioning legs, and a sidewalk. Have fun, bacuse your not going to magically drop them6 sizes.;)

first off you want to look at your meal plan even being a vegeterian you still need a sufficant protein souce on a daily basis, whether you supplement it with protein shakes or if you do eat eggs and fish either or is fine.

you want to have 6 small meals per day each meal should contain some source of protein, keep the carbs complex which simply means dark. simple or white carbs are taken and quickly processed by the body so whatever you body does not need it stores, complex or dark carbs are hard to break down so it could take your body 2, 3, or even 4 hrs to break it down so you utalize more of those carbs and dont store as much if any. keep your fats to a small amount and with asmha slowly work your way up you dont need a treadmill to do cardio. simply walking everynight working your way up to 45 mins would be fine

you don't need to be a size 5 ( thats to skinny) but have you ever
thought of doing dance its a great way of getting fit & losing weight.......if dance is not a option then walk just after eating dinner or breakfast.......to help burn down the fats.

what is wring with being a size 11 and how do you know you can even get down to a size 5..you dont need a treadmill for a workout,just walk around your neighborhood,go to a park and walk
