How do I get rid of excess fat/meat off my stomach?!

Question: I'm 19, been working out since January 1st this year. I went from roughly 143 to about 150 now. I am a very skinny guy, a very thin build, and I'm not fat in any way. Problem is that any excess body fat goes to my stomach, so I can't get my abs to ever show, and I've been doing it for 3 full months now, and it either looks the same or worse. Like I said, I'm very skinny, but any excess meat in my body goes right to my stomach. And I can tell my abs are much better now, because if I suck in, they look WAY better than they ever have, but when I let my air out, it looks the same its always been. How do I go about getting rid of that excess fat/meat? I work out 6/7 days a week. Situps 7/7 days a week.

Unfortunately it's not really possible to lose weight from specific areas, only generally. Anyone who tells you their exercises/supplement/equipment will do so is fudging.

If you're already a fairly skinny guy then you obviously don't want to lose any more weight, unfortunately all you can do is focus on toning that area to get the muscles to show through. And yeah, that basically means lots of situps. Don't do them 7 days a week though, your body needs rest days. Also, remembering to lock your abs in when you're doing other workouts (weightlifting, running etc) will give you a double hit, will also help your posture.

Diet and excecise.

situps

Just keep losing, and eventually it'll come off. It just takes a little patience!

abb workout, and eating right

make sure to do cardio exercises whether it is running, walking w.e and also dont do sit ups everyday. alternate between cardio and sit ups, do cardio one day and sit ups the next

Workout your abs twice a week and give them a couple of days to heal.Nutrition is key! This morning I had 8 egg whites 7:00.At 9:30 I had plain oatmeal with 1 scoop of whey protein and a tsp of honey.12:00 chicken breast and vegies.2:30 1 cup of cottage cheese with wheat crackers.4:00 i had 2 tilapia and beans.6:00 preworkout 1 scoop whey protein.8:00 1 banana and im drinking a cup of milk now.High protein low fat diet.

It depends on if you are an apple or a pear shape. I am a pear shape and I hold very little fat in my abdomen area. It is all below my waist. I have a friend that is apple shaped and has long then legs and holds more fat in her abdomen area. She is about your weight. You would probably want to try a better technique with your stomach exercises. It really comes down to, Are you at your ideal weight. Don't look or worry about you belly after eating a full meal. Don't turn anorexic or bulemic to do so. Good luck!
