How to slim my fat face?!

Keep your hair off your forehead.
Spiking it up on top is OK.

Don't wear bangs.

Grow your hair long especially on the sides and comb it down so it hangs from the temple area, and covers the front of the ear & side of the cheek.
This gives the appearance of a long
narrow face.
Don't wear round necked Tee shirts etc.
Try to wear V neck ones as it gives the apperance of your neck being slender.
With a slender longer neck people will think you also have a slender face.

There are tricks with shading on the jaw line,
but I don't know how to do that.

maybe that's just how you are. we tend to inherit the shape of our face to be honest. I'm the image of my Dad thank goodness, but we still can't do much about the shape and style of our face hon except learn to like it.

lay off the booze.

seriously now, just eat well and exercise. face fat is the first to go. i used to have a bit of extra weight on my face because i was a heavy drinker, but i stopped drinking as well as eating healthy and exercising 3-4 times a week and my face fat is almost gone.

You can not target fat loss in your face. You need to loss fat all over. The key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
