Body building question! please?!

Question: I started my senior high school year at 280, have been hitting the gym, running and i'm on the varsity swim team, and that has got me down to 250 in a few months. I have been lifting since 8th grade, and now that the fat is melting off, i can see the muscles that i've had for years. However, I found out that because I was a football lineman i wasn't very balanced. my chest was huge and my arms were like big sausages...I've been trying to tone them down. I'm heading to california for college this fall and i want to look good. So far i'm doing alright, and my cardio has really been helping my weight, but i'm trying to work out more intensely.

My question is if the supplements No-xplode will help me put more lean muscle on me and give me more energy. After swim practice i usually hit the gym, but my energy levels are so low that i can barely get a workout in. I want to lift 110% every single time, and will creatine help me?

I also researched Animal Pak vitamin packs...do those help?

No-xplode may help but your lethargy doesn't sound right for someone doing as much cardio as you are. If I was you I'd be tempted to get a blood test and check for deficiencies.

Try getting 8 - 9 hours sleep a night and take a good multi vitamin. Make sure your diet corresponds to what you want to achieve. Also trying to lift heavy after a hard swim is not the way to go about it. You've worn yourself out before you hit the bench. I always lift first while I'm fresh then do cardio.

My husband uses Animal Pak.. its great, only problem is it had steriod side effects, like raging anger. But if your okay with that. Go ahead! Creatine helps- if you use it in the right time. Timing in bodybuilding is everything! Protein before a workout and 30 minutes to an hour after will give you the greatest benefit. Good luck!

boby building is like taking drugs.
while you do it your body becomes more hard and hard.
the day you leave it all that tight muscles start to flab out ......

NO will simply increase the amount of nitric oxide that your body produces. This will give you a longer and more intense pump feeling when you leave the gym, but it will not amount to quality sustained gains. Also, the vitamin packs are garbage. Most the stuff they put in there you end up urinating out any way because your body doesn't need it.

I would suggest cycling some creatine. You can try cycling the NO with it, but don't expect steroid results or permanent gains from it.
