Supermodel skinny???!


Question: I would love to be as thing as the runway models. How do I achieve this? I am doing track right now, but I'm too scared that I'll get bulky from running... will I?

How can I get SUPER toned without getting any bulk.
I hate outer thigh bulk.!!!

If you really want to be like a supermodel you will have to throw away your health.
Supermodels either dont eat and become anarexic or belemic.
Its not worth it.
Runing will help you a lot and you will lose a ton of weight.
I suggest you just do that and be happy

i'm a star runner and i'm tiny!
i wouldn't suggest trying to be THAT skinny though....it's starting to be really frowned upon and to look like that you need the same body shape so it might not look as good as it does onthemmm...which it doesn't.

you aren't going to get bulky.
if you don't want to have muscle than don't do track.
stay at your own weight.
you need some help if you want to lose a lot of weight
and be less than 100 pounds.

use light weights with higher reps dont work out for more than 40 minutes and do at least 4 bodyparts per work out. youll be SMOKIN!!!

these women look disgusting cause they're so skinny

track will not make you bulky instead it will cause you to lose weight, but stay at a healthy weight, not too fat, and not too skinny

looking at those skinny women make me want to throw up
