How to lose 10-15 lbs by May?!

Question: So bassically, I've googled so many things about loosing weight, and theres just so much about it and I'm a little overwhelmed.

I'd like to lose 15 lbs by May, or, at least 10.
I'm starting ahead of the game this year, and I want to lose weight for spring so I'll be completely ready for summer, and wont procrastinate until its too late.

I don't want to just do running the whole time to lose weight- I hate it soo much. What are some things I can do just at home around 5 times a week, that wont take too long- but will help me shed weight?

And any advice on food? I've stopped drinking much soda and I'm trying to drink more water- and cut down on junk food, but and other suggestions?

There are a lot of little things that can add up to a giant change in the end. The first thing I will say is cardio. cardio cardio cardio. Doing this for 30-45 minutes a day is the best thing you can do weight loss wise. After that comes diet. Your diet doesn't need to change drastically, just enough to make a difference. Try eating 5-6 small meals every 3-4 hours of healthy foods. This is the part where you need to have the most discipline. Stopping of the cokes and junk food is a great start! Keep it up!! Make sure that you are always drinking a lot of water also. Besides that, losing the weight shouldn't be incredibly hard, you just need discipline. Best of luck to you!

I lost 10ish pounds in three weeks doing the South Beach Diet. Basically I ate lean meats, low fat dairy, veggies, and eggs for three weeks. You begin with a two week strict phase that I did an extra week to lose more weight. It's one of the only things that has ever worked for me. That and I walked for an hour a day. Don't stay on the strict phase too long. It gets boring and you'll lose a lot of muscle.
