What Diet Have You Have Success On!?!


Question: Low carb, medium protein, and lots of fiber.
Also drinking lots of water.
Protein= chicken breast, tuna, salmon, lean beef.
Fiber= all fruits and vegetables, including lettuce on salads. Whole grains, and oatmeal.
Also do plenty of exercise... cardio.. running, cycling, stairs, swimming.

where I drank a gallon of water a day, very little calories, and I lost 68 lbs. and i did aerobics twice a day, it works if you count calories. good luck, you must exercise!!

Calorie restriction is the only diet I have really had success on.
Increasing your water intake helps a lot. If you don't like water, you can by diet tea drinks that have 0 calories. They are really sweet so you can dilute it if you want. Try to drink a glass about 10 minutes before every meal.

Oh, and if you're not REALLY hungry, then don't eat. Chew gum.

South Beach. Just don't stay on Phase One too long. I did and ended up breaking probably every other night and eating handfuls of chocolate. It was dark choc though...
