reduce carbs...
eat alot of vegetables, fruits, chicken
go out in the mall walk your ***...
do weights, and run in the park...
for a hour......
like this will work... trust me...

just try and eat less for two months and see what happens

This more complicated than just telling you. Really, one diet does not work for everyone.

For example, your age is actually important. ur age is a factor in how many calories you burn every day.

go here for ur BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate: in english- how many calories you burn because ur alive): http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul...

Multiply by one of these activity factors

1.0 = sedentary - (basically no physical activity all day)

1.2 = Very Light Activity - (School day, no training, some walking)

1.4 = Light Activity - (Most students, no training but might do some light physical activity)

1.6 = Moderate Activity - (A physically undemanding day, but training on a regular basis)

2.0 = Very High Activity - (Twice-a-day training, sports & training, or training & a very demanding job)

The number you get is ur DEE (daily energy expenditure). its how many calories you burn a day just about.

From there, you really should just count the calories yourself. I eat the same thing almost every day for instance. For dinner, i vary it up and on weekends too. You can find online places that show calories in food like calorie king. You just need to be mindful of serving size
