Which diet plan should I use?!

Question: I'm not overweight, I'm average. I recently started going to gym 3 times a week and running 2 days a week. I want to be fit and tight, I don't want to be very muscular. So, which diet plan should I use in order to burn the fat in my body but not lose weight? What are the dangerous food which would hold back my training? I'm a 21yr girl, if that changes anything.

I think it's more sustainable not to follow a specific plan.
Cut out as much junk food as you can manage including drinks as these can be very high in calories.
Try to make sure you eat lots of fruit and veg, protein (eg fish, eggs) and carbohydrates (rice, wholemeal bread) and not much cakes and sweets.
Stick to natural, healthy stuff and excersize regularly and you really can't go wrong.

Wait Watchers works miracles.. it is not quite a diet but more a life style change. I was once know this person on weight watchers, and after only one month she lost 12 inches off her waist and 30 pounds
its a really good program and helps a lot, even if you are not extremely overweight to begin with it keeps you at your desired weight
