weight loss tips:
Drink more water, Cut down the sugar intake, Do not skip meals, Increase your protein intake, Eat negative calorie food, Eat smaller - more frequent meals(3-4) times a day
Diet, exercise, avoid anything with any sodium in it...softdrinks, foods (read the labels)...even toothpaste. Keep sodium intake way down. You can sweat off 5 pounds if you'll watch the sodium but you still have to drink water.
