Quick Diet ?!?!


Question: I need to loose weight .. i need to drop 16 pounds .. whats a realistic time scale ? .. And whats the QUICKEST way to do this .. i dont mind not eating ... does drinking alot of water help ?

IF you don't mind not eating..let me tell you something taht has worked for EVERYONE i know. I ate only 50 cals for 6 days and exercise A LOT and lost 11lbs in those 6 days! My friend lost 15lbs in 6 days. If u want more info, email me
I plan on starting something similar to this...I'm going to go on a 300 calories diet (which is "unsafe" or whatever that crap is, but it beats being fat.) If u wana do this diet, with me, email me.

Cardio, reduce daily calorie intake, lift weights if ur at a suitable age, can be done in two weeks

belive me thers no way u can lose weight fast it takes time i been trying to lose weight all my life and it hard just try to exricse alot and eat healty food and drink aloot of water i guess

There are no quick ways.

16 pounds will take you 2.5 months if you do it safely and don't hit any plateaus or stalls along the way.

Not eating is NOT an option. Your body will go into starvation mode and you will not lose a thing.

Water, while a healthy thing in the correct quantity, will not make you lose weight.

at least 2 months to lose it healthy

water is good
not eating is bad
eat all healthy
run/walk every other day 30 mins
do exercises opposite days
make sure you eat whole grains
and eating things with fiber in them is good

you could also try the special k diet?
just try to stay away from fast food and packaged things- whether that be pretzels or cookies or anything like that- they are all bad for you.. and sometimes cause people to break out

uh...well the QUICKEST way would be to not eat for a few days....but thats a horrible idea and its bad for your body and you'll gain back so much more weight when you eat again

a realistic time to lose the weight and keep it off would be 2 months....and that takes eating healthy and exercising daily

do drink a lot of water because it makes you less hungry, but you might feel bloated. I like to chew gum or brush my teeth after a meal because it always made me feel like not eating more

anyhoo, eat less and exercise more. just that simple. no quick fix.
