How many calories should I eat per day?!
Question: I'm a calorie counting freak. My friends get on to me about it, saying i'm skinny already. I disagree with them though. My thighs and butt are extremely jiggly. I don't know if its just fat or extreme lack of muscle. Either way, I want to get toned up for summer. I am 14, and am want to be lean and thin in my thighs and butt. I've started walking for 30 minutes each day. I also know squats and lunges help but I don't know how often or how much to do them.

I do not think calories are your problem. I think you should run instead of walk, or walk for maybe an hour. Also do lots of squats and lunges, but not EVERY day. Do them about 4-5 times a week. But really do them. Do not half a** them, and do not just do 10! lol because well thats what I used to do.

2000 to 3000 per day is recommended. But it sounds like you just need some moderate exercise.
A balanced diet of 1800 calories and lots of water. If you cut down to much your body will store fat and you will gain weight.
